25 Days of Christmas Tags

Hey there! Tracey McNeely is hosting her 25 Days of Christmas Tags event again on her blog this year for the 4th year! Tracey has invited the Confetti Crew members to join in as her guests! We were asked to make a Christmas Tag using some awesome Reverse

Confetti products.

We just had an AMAZING stamp release at Reverse Confetti so you may recognize some of the new goodies on my tag/bag! The red tag base was created with the Tag Me Too die. The white tag is the largest in the Tag Me dies. I took the largest snowflake from Let it Snow and cut a snowflake out of the middle of the white tag. Then I cut another, smaller, snowflake out of silver foil cardstock and nested it in the negative of the larger snowflake. The flag that "Merry" is stamped on is also from Tag Me. The smaller silver tag peeking out from behind the white tag is the smallest tag from Tag Me. The sentiments are from Bring on the Merry from last Christmas. I cut a few garlands from silver foil cardstock using the new Circle Garland confetti cuts.

Reverse Confetti November Sketch for You to Try

Hi there! Happy Veteran's day to all you Vets out there!! Thank you all for your service:)

*** I'm here today with a card for this month's Reverse Confetti SFYTT ***

I had this scrap paper sitting on my desk for the longest time. I was testing out some fun new enamel embossing powder but never did anything with the piece. So I saw it and finally decided to put it to good use! The sentiment is from Seasonal Sentiments and the holly leaves and berries are from the North Pole Wishes dies. The flag the sentiment is stamped on is the largest tag from Tag Me, with the top of the tag cut off.

Reverse Confetti Release Blog Hop!

Hi there! Well, the holidays are right around the corner and Reverse Confetti has just released a collection of new products that will help get you in a festive mood and give you a jumpstart on your holiday crafting!

With 4 stamp sets and 7 new Confetti Cuts dies/sets, there’s plenty to choose from. You can even sprinkle your projects with a little donut love without having to go up a jean size! So put on some of your favorite music (Christmas, perhaps?), sit back and join us for our new release blog hop…

The hop started over on the Reverse Confetti blog, and you should have made it here from Leigh’s blog. It would be worth your while to start at the beginning of the hop, so you don’t miss a thing. We have tons of inspiration for you to see using all the new Reverse Confetti stamp sets and dies! I have a couple projects to share with you today so lets get started!

First up is this really simple card showcasing the new Let it Snow dies and the Seasonal Sentiments stamp set.

This card came together super fast! I sewed the patterned paper onto the card base. Next, I cut out three white snowflakes and three gold glitter snowflakes and glued them down the center of the card. I embossed the sentiment in gold on a piece vellum and snipped some flag ends into the vellum piece. Last step was to tie some twine around the card and that's it!

Next up is another card using the super fun Marley Moose set!

I stamped Marley in black Memento Ink and then used my Tombow watercolor markers to color him in. I blended the colors with my water brush. I created the background by making a stencil with the the Let it Snow dies. I was going to create a tutorial for this but time ran away from me. All you do is cut a piece of cardstock the size you want your stencil. Then cut out several die cuts from that cardstock. I layered the stencil on the turqouise background and then sponged white paint on the the cardstock. I glued some shaved ice glitter (from Stampendous I think?) on the snowflakes and sewed around the turqouise cardstock edge. I tied some beautiful turqouise sparkly ribbon around the card and then popped the sentiment up on dimensionals.

Countdown to Confetti Day 3: Seasonal Sentiments and North Pole Wishes

Hi there! Welcome to the last day of the Reverse Confetti sneak peeks! Today is my favorite day, because I can't get enough of these two stamp sets!!!

Here's my first card using the Let it Snow dies, Tag Me Too, Tag Me, Branch Out dies, and Seasonal Sentiments--

I created a sparkley background by spraying the white card base with Aileen's spray adhesive and then poured the glitter on. The glitter is from Impress. Next, I cut out a red tag using the tag from Tag Me Too, glued down some snowflakes using Let it Snow, and then added some stickles and some white snow.

The small tag is from Tag Me, the trees created with the Branch Out dies, and the sentiment from the new Seasonal Sentiments set.

Up next is another fun card with Branching Out dies and the Seasonal Sentiments --

I cut the trees and trunks from felt and then added some gold confetti sequins from Pretty Pink Posh! The snowflake paper was cut out with the smaller arched die in the Tagged Tote dies. Of course I also used the fabulous Circles 'n Scallops dies!

Count Down to Confetti Day 2: Donut you Know!

Hello again, friends!! I hope you enjoyed yesterdays Reverse Confetti projects peaking the adorable new Marley Moose stamp set! Today, we're back with another amazing set!

Today, we're sharing sneak peeks at the new Donut You Know set!

I guess yesterday was National Donut Day! Did you partake? I didn't. Probably because I didn't know it was donut day until I was back home and refusing to leave again, lol! Thanks goodness I'm becoming a hermit;) I kid of course, because how adorable is this donut???? There are several sentiments in this stamp set, and the donut and sprinkles were created with the new Donut You Know die collection! I stamped the sentiment on the large scalloped circle from Circles 'n Scallops, and the stripey background was created with So Stripey.

Countdown to Confetti Day 1: Quirky Cuties Marley Moose

Hi there! Well, here we are...the countdown has begun! This holiday release is spectacular and you are going to LOVE every single stamp set and confetti cut you see!!

Today, we're sharing the next little cutie in the Quirky Cuties line up, please say hello to Marley Moose!!

I think he's my new favorite...seriously love him! I stamped him in Memento Ink and colored him in with Copics, and then cut the piece out with an oval die. The papers are from my scrap stash so I'm not sure where they came from. The mistletoe is a separate stamp from Marley. I colored it with Copics also and added some clear Stardust Stickles to the berries and bow. The snowflakes you see are new this month too, from the Let it Snow die collection. There are THREE different sized snowflakes and I've already got some mileage out of these dies! Probably my most used dies ever already, hah!! I cut them out and added stickles also, they're so pretty and sparkley!

Caring Hearts Blog Hop

Hello there and welcome to the Caring Hearts blog hop! You should have come to me from Sarah's blog. If you haven't, please check out Vera's blog so you don't miss a single post!

The Caring Hearts Blog Hop is put together every year by Vera Yates and Jennifer McGuire with the hopes to collect lots of beautiful Christmas cards to share with the elderly in nursing homes. I know from experience how lonely these folks can be. My mom used to work in a nursing home and we'd go visit all the time. A lot of these sweet people have no family to come visit them and are really lonely during the holidays. I love the idea of being able to share my passion of cardmaking to help brighten there day, if only for a few minutes.

The theme is Christmas and Holiday cards, and here is my card using lots of NEW UNRELEASED product from Reverse Confetti!

I created this fun shaker card using some new goodies, that I can't talk about just yet! The new release sneak peeks start on the 6th, so come back in a few days to learn more!

I watched this video of Jennifer's to create my own shaker card. It's my first one and I must admit that I am hooked and plan on making lots more!

I also created a matching envelope from a clear acetate envelope and the Envelope Wrap die from Reverse Confetti.

The "deliver to" stamp and coordinating polka dot stamps are from Roundabout, and I've also used the circle dies from Circles 'n Scallops.
