Angels Landing BLOG HOP TIME!

Today there are TWO ADORABLE new digi sets, Season's Tweetings and Penguin Chics, being released by Judi at Angels Landing Digi Stamps! Believe me when I tell you that they are so precious and you'll need them, asap:) My absolute favorite set of the two is Penguin Chics!! And my favorite image is this darling penguin, don't you love his hat? OMG I used to LOvE all the cute winter hats you could buy, the crazier the better! I love it:)

I looked all over the internet studying how to color penguins, because this is my first penguin stamp, lol! I really love this guy and will use him a ton this winter:)
The background cardstock is Pacific Point by SU! and the dp is Holiday Cheer by PTI! I colored Pete the Penguin (my name for the penguin, lol!) with Copics. The ribbon is Scarlett Jewel by PTI.

If you're just happening by my blog by chance, hop on over to Judi's blog to go through the hop from the begining! It's time for you to continue on in the Blog Hop over to Broni's magnificent blog! I'm sure she has something absolutely precious to share with you:) Make sure you comment on the entire DT's blogs because Judi is giving away fun blog candy to a random entrant!!! Angels Landing DT Challenge-Autumn Colors

Goood morning! This weeks DT Challenge for Angels Landing is to create a card using fall colors. Fall colors like orange, brown, red, vanilla, are some of my favorites! It reminds me that fall is in the air someplace, even if it's not in Okinawa's air, lol!
I decided to print off this sweet image from "Autumn Tweetings" because I thought it would go perfectly with today's color challenge! I colored the image in with Prismacolor pencils and gamsol. The card base is Rustic Cream (PTI, my favorite cardstock EVER!) I added some polka dots to the background (Verve-Bountiful Backgrounds) and the sentiment is from Garden Greetings by SU! (I think) Do you see the faux stitching? I did that useing the fun set called "Faux Stitched Borders" I just drew the connecting lines with my Chocolate Chip marker (SU!)
I bet you want to see more from the amazing Angels Landing DT don't ya?:) Head on over to the Angels Landing Blog for a master list of all the blogs to check out!
Thanks for stopping by, hope to see ya tomorrow!

Just a note...

Good MORNING! I have a fun Angel's Landing card to share today using a really fun set called Mini Bears and Birds!

Isn't that bear cute? I love the calligraphy pen he's holding, I thought it worked perfectly with the sentiment from Pierced Tags!
I stamped a background image from Background basics:Retro by PTI in Baja Breeze ink on a piece of Baja Breeze cardstock. I colored the bear with prismacolor pencils and added shading as well.
Check out the Angels Landing Blog for more inspiration from the rest of the DT! Thanks for stopping by today:)

Angels Landing September Release Blog HOp!!!!!

Welcome to the September Angels Landing Blog Hop. If you missed the beginning, head over to Judi's digi-stamps blog and follow the links. Today the Design Team is introducing two new digital image sets for September, Autumn Tweetings and Ho Ho Holidays.
I have a card using both of these amazing sets, first up is this little sweetie from Autumn Tweetings:
As soon as I saw these adorable birds I wanted to use them right away, and how stinkin cute is that pumpkin bird house? OMG I want one in my yard:D

I printed the image out on HP Everyday photo paper (Matte) and colored it in with Copics. I added some glitter to the top of the pumpin and some brads along the right side of the scalloped nestie circle. The dp is called Autumn Abundance by PTI. The sentiment is also from Autumn Tweetings and printed out on the same paper.
The next card uses Ho Ho HOlidays!
*sigh* what a precious lil bird, huh? Printed out on HP Matte photo paper and colored with Copics (Sentiment too!).
Aren't these two stamp sets fun? I absolutely love the sweet images in both sets. Go check them out:)
