Here we are, the last day of sneak peeks! Are you excited to get your hands on some fabulous new Verve???

Today, we're shining the spotlight on one last set, Rain or Shine!

It's a fun set with a couple umbrellas, raindrops, and some fabulous sentiments! For my card, I used the large umbrella and paired it with the adorable little girl from Twitterpated!

I extended the umbrella with a black pen so it would reach her arm.

The little black hearts on the umbrella are also from Twitterpated.

I love this fabulous sentiment, reminds me of a song... ;) I stamped the sentiment on a banner I cut out using the Ribbon Banner die.

This card uses the new Viva la Verve sketch for the 1st week of October!

September 2013 Spotlight Hop-Day 3

Hello there! I'm back with another peak on Day 3 of our September Verve release peeks!!

Today we're peeking another new robot set, Birthday Bots! This set coordinates wonderfully with yesterday's Geared Up!

This is another fun set for the little boys in your life! 

I stamped one of the robots on kraft and just did a little shading on him. 

I also did some shading on the "happy" part of the sentiment!

The numbers on the vertical strip are from Geared Up and the banner edge die is the new Award Banner die, it's so fun!

Well hello there! Are you back for another peek at another new Verve set? Well I have just what you're looking for!

Today we're spotlighting an ADORABLE new set, full of robots and gears! This is Geared Up--

How cute is this little guy? I really love this set, it fills a HUGE gap in my stamping inventory, it's perfect for little boys! 

I stamped the different gears randomly on the kraft cardstock for a custom patterned paper. I added some NEW Metal Mix sequins also, they look just like gears! I'm so excited that Verve is now releasing collections of sequins, they're really hot right now!

The butterflies and scrolls are from the new set called Each Day and the verse is the new Plain Jane, Psalm 94:18.

I just love this butterfly stamp, isn't it gorgeous? And super easy to cut out!

Reverse Confetti World Gratitude Day Blog Hop!

Fall is finally upon us and REVERSE CONFETTI is celebrating the

change of seasons along with a little known holiday.  Did you know that today is World Gratitude

Day?  World

I have been really inspired by color combos including GOLD lately, and thought this was a really fun autumn color combination!

Gold and purple, *love*! Here's the picture that inspired me!

The stamps I used are from one of RC's newest releases, Forever Fall!

I did a lot of gold embossing. I love how it looks, especially on Kraft! Those tiny hearts are from Arrows n' Elements and the larger ones are from Forever Fall.

I also gold embossed the fabulous wood grain border stamp from Forever Fall. Again, *love*! Give it a try, I guarantee you'll love adding some gold embossing to your cards:)

The dare this month is to create something inspired by TIC-TAC-TOE! 

I went pretty obvious with my design and chose to create a grid pattern, plus a line of three hearts:)

Reverse Confetti Release Day Blog Hop!

We’ve been counting down the days, and it’s finally here—a new release from REVERSE CONFETTI! It’s the 8th of the month (Reverse Confetti blog hop day) and this time we are looking forward to those fall days and the spooky treats that come our way for Halloween. Come and hop along with the Confetti Crew as we share some creative ideas using September’s five new trendy stamp sets. Along with the Confetti Crew (our fabulous design team), we have also invited some extra friends to join in on the action!

The hop started over on the Reverse Confetti blog, and that's where you should have come here from! It would be worth your while to start at the beginning of the hop, so you don’t miss a thing. We have tons of inspiration for you to see using all the new Reverse Confetti stamp sets!

I had myself a good ole' time with all these new stamp sets and saved plenty to share with you today!

This one uses the sentiment from Count Your Rainbows, the hearts from Forever Fall, and the "xoxo" is letters from the new alpha set called Lighthearted Letters. I colored the "count" in with my Viva Decor glitter pen.

I created the lattice background by trimming thin strips of cardstock and then gluing them on. I added some sparkly rhinestones to the joints for an almost "quilted" look.

Next up is a fun fall card!

I created a negative space by cutting a circle out of some cardstock, and then stamped the woodgrain stamp inside to create the circle of woodgrain. I kept this card really simple with just a sentiment, some buttons, and sewing. *and more woodgrain, cause I love it so!* All stamps on this card are from Forever Fall.

Last up is a fun halloween card!

I had a hard time photographing this one, so I apologize for the poor quality. I die cut some butterflies from black cardstock and then used one of the background stamps from Whole Lotta Dots and clear embossed the butterflies. The sentiments are from Spooky Sentiments and the spider webs from Spooky Cuties.

I hope you enjoyed my cards today, I sure had fun creating them!

Countdown to Confetti Day 3: Spooky!

Hello! I'm back today with another peek at a new set! Today, we have TWO sets to share with you: Spooky Cuties and Spooky Sentiments. You will love these!

The sentiment is from Spooky Sentiments and the pumpkin and ghost are from Spooky Cuties. The pumpkin actually comes in three pieces...the pumpkin, the face, and the stem. Super fun!

I used some older halloween paper, Witch Hazel by October Afternoon. I also went around the border of the card and stamped the little scroll border from Spooky Sentiments in white ink. 

I just love these spooky cuties, heehee!
