Verve Spotlight Hops Day 1 - Peace on Earth

Welcome to our Holiday 2012 Spotlight Hops!  We're releasing four new sets and a plain jane this Friday, November 2! Please join us each day this week as we showcase the new sets and count down to our release! All of the stamps you see featured will be available in the Verve store following our release party from 9-11pm Eastern on Friday, November 2!

In the meantime, we've got a fun filled hop for you today! So let your fingers do the clicking and peek into the creative minds of Verve's talented Divas as they give you a little tour of what's to come! Inspiration abounds, and so do the PRIZES! 
 

Today, we're peaking the new Peace on Earth set. This set has a bunch of really gorgeous sentiments, all with this same stylized font. It's so gorgeous, I just can't say it enough!


I used a Mojo Monday sketch for this card but forgot which one. The papers are from Glitz Designs.In the background behind the green patterned paper, I cut a label with the Curvy Bookplate Die, cut it in half, and stuck the pieces behind the green paper. I added lots of pearls, brads, ribbon, and a button to dress it up a little:)

    This is really beautiful. I love how you framed out the sentiment and all the lovely layers of colored and patterned papers. The ribbon is a fantastic touch with the pearls and button. Love the stitching, too! Beautiful. ;-)

    I like the way the sentiment circle is "peeking out" behind the banner strip. The black ribbon with white stitching really pops!
