Verve Release Day Hop!

Welcome to our October 2013 Release Day Hop!  We're so excited that Verve's newest stamp sets and dies are finally released! Everything we've been previewing this week is now available in the Verve online store, woohoo!


Even though the stamps are Christmas in theme, I totally love the new Chevron Love set! It's perfect for sweet cards for your honey, or just a bday card, or an every day card!
I cut three Jotted Heart die cuts out and then stamped the chevron heart pattern on the die cuts. Next, I cut out the middle of the hearts so I could link them together! I love how this turned out, I can't wait to make some more linked hearts:)


I stamped and cut out the little arrow to weave in the hearts, and used the Heart Quartet die to cut some little red hearts. I just glued the hearts down around randomly, trying to keep a good balance on the card.


For this part, I masked off the rest of the sentiment so I could just ink up the "with love" part of the sentiment...


And on the inside, I stamped another heart, sentiment, and some balloons!
